Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These are your responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to become available.
